Kristi Hager
Head Coach
Coach Hager is in her first season with McKinney High Volleyball. Coach Hager grew up in Denton, TX and went on to play volleyball at New Mexico Military Institute, Southwest Baptist University and Lindsey Wilson College where she received All-Conference Honors at each institution. After serving one year as a student-assistant at Lindsey Wilson College, Coach Hager graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In 2015 she was named the Head Volleyball Coach at Goddard High School in Roswell, NM. During her three year tenure she led her team to a State Final and State Semi-Final appearance. Before becoming the Head Coach at McKinney High School she coached at Bellville and Guyer High School. She is excited to be a part of the McKinney ISD family and is looking forward to a great season!
Halee Wright
Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Wright is entering into her first year at McKinney High. She is happily married to William Wright and together they have two phenomenal girls. Coach Wright fell in love with volleyball at an early age and continued her love through college. She had the privilege of playing for Seminole State College and Mississippi Valley State University where she earned a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. She coached club for 5 years and has been coaching and teaching for three years. Coach Wright teaches Resource and Inclusion Math and loves every bit of it! She is so excited to be a part of the Lion family and can't wait to see where this adventure takes us!
Kendyl Ford
Junior Varsity Coach
Coach Ford is on her second season at McKinney High and 4th year coaching overall. Before McKinney High she spent two years at Rowlett High School coaching Volleyball and Track. Coach Ford grew up in Houston and went on to attend Texas A&M to study health and business. She played a season of club volleyball at Texas A&M and played intramural volleyball the rest of her time in College Station. She met her husband Kris at Texas A&M and together they have two handsome boys, Grayson & Bennett. Coach Ford has a passion for teaching biology and making her students and athletes better every day!
Brianna Williams
Freshman A Coach
Coach Williams has two previous years of coaching and personal training experience. She played at the collegiate level and is an “ol G” Lionette, in other words, a MHS alumni. She received her Bachelor's in Child Development and Master's in Business Administration. Her love for volleyball, her family and faith are the drive of her motivation. She has been married for 11 years and has two delightful children; Ivory (5) and Ezekiel (1). Previous to her employment with McKinney ISD she had a daycare business for 3 years and worked in child care for over 10 years. She is committed to the development of children as a whole and is looking forward to great things from the McKinney volleyball program.
Julia Enriquez
Freshman B Coach
Coach Enriquez is entering her first year teaching and coaching at Mckinney High. Coach Enriquez grew up in El Paso, Texas where she attended Eastwood High School and competed in 3 sports: volleyball, softball and golf. She went on to play golf at Western New Mexico University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology. She hopes to share her passion for science and athletics with students, and is excited to be part of the Lion family!
